Frequently asked questions

Do I need a membership to train here?
No binding membership is required. Freelance trainers can use the space to coach their own clients, and our coaching and classes are available without a long-term contract lock-in.
What are the public gym hours?
Our floor opens to the public from 11:30 AM. We deliberately cap capacity so it stays calm and uncrowded — you can check current hours on the contact page.
Are the certification courses internationally recognised?
Yes. As a FISAF International Education Provider, our certifications are internationally accredited, and we align with ACE and FITREC standards.
I'm pregnant — can I still train?
Absolutely. We offer pre- and postnatal coaching and small-group classes led by specifically certified coaches, so you can train safely through pregnancy and recovery. Always clear exercise with your doctor first.
How do I get started?
Book a free intro session. We'll talk through your goals, show you the space and recommend the right path — whether that's 1:1 coaching, a class pack or a certification course. There's no obligation.

Not sure which is right for you?

Tell us your goal and we'll point you to the best starting place — coaching, classes or a course.
